Our goal is for our guests to enjoy our properties and the mountain experiences and the adventures that await. River Trails has a homelike feeling with beautiful waterfront views of the Northfork of the Blackwater River. The Blackwater Canyon Rail Trail is just out front, and the boat launch is just across the bridge. We provide premium finishes to make your time together relaxing and comfortable. Walk or bike over to Thomas on the Rail Trail, or check out nearby Douglas Falls. All of our developments have convenient or nearby trail access. Schedule an extra day to fish, bike or explore Dolly Sods!
